I co-authored three papers accepted at the 15th International Conference on Swarm Intelligence (ANTS 2026) in Darmstadt: "On the Cost of Evolving Task Specialization in Multi-Robot Systems" (with Paolo Leopardi, Heiko Hamann, and Tanja Katharina Kaiser); "How Swarms Differ: Challenges in Collective Behaviour Comparison" (with André Fialho Jesus); and "Minimizing Uncertainty as a Principle for Task Allocation in Robot Swarms" (with Yannick Wesseloh, Paolo Leopardi, and Heiko Hamann).
Our paper "Generative Adversarial Imitation Learning for Robot Swarms: Learning from Human Demonstrations and Trained Policies" (with Mattes Kraus) was accepted at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA 2026).

Our paper "Bayesian Decentralized Decision-Making for Multi-Robot Systems: Sample-Efficient Estimation of Event Rates" (with Gabriel Aguirre, Simay Atasoy Bingöl, and Heiko Hamann) was accepted at the IEEE International Symposium on Multi-Robot & Multi-Agent Systems (MRS 2025) in Singapore.
I co-organized the 14th International Conference on Swarm Intelligence (ANTS 2024), which took place in Konstanz in October 2024, serving as the local organization chair.

Our paper "Do We Run Large-scale Multi-robot Systems on the Edge? More Evidence for Two-phase Performance in System Size Scaling" won the best paper award in the category multi-robot systems at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA 2024).
I have obtained a Nexus grant from the Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung for my project "Explainable Swarm Programming through Imitation Learning". With this grant, I will be able to start as a research group leader at the University of Konstanz.
I have been selected as a ZENiT fellow in the first cohort of the ZENiT program at the Zukunftskolleg Konstanz.
